Our story, entrenched in a family’s enduring passion for construction, began with Damir, a seasoned civil engineer with over 30 years of experience. His zeal for crafting buildings paved the way for a shared dream passed down to his sons, Vedran and Ivan.

Galvanized by their father’s devotion, they established a scaffolding company in 2017, working together until Ivan felt an urge to widen his horizons. This pursuit led Ivan abroad where he thrived, becoming the youngest Key Opinion Leader in Digital Health. In this innovative landscape, a fervor for technology was kindled, marrying beautifully with his established love for construction.

During his investment ventures, Ivan was dismayed by the lack of transparency in numerous platforms. His frustration birthed an idea: to create a reliable investment platform combining their construction expertise with his passion for technology. This ignited the inception of Stake Estate – a fusion of Vedran’s hands-on knowledge of construction, Damir’s deep-rooted experience, and Ivan’s fresh technological perspective.
